Q. Is it more expensive to book a transfer through you than to get a taxi at the Airport?
A. No, in fact it is cheaper, especially on longer trips.
Q. How do I find my driver?
A. He will be in arrivals with your name on a ‘Meet and Greet’ board, you will have his contact no. and he will have yours.
Q. Is Your Company licensed and fully insured?
A. Yes, We are fully licensed. All our vehicles are also insured
Q. Can I make a booking on line?
A. Yes, Just enter the details on the ‘Instant Online Quote’ form and will automatically receive a quote. It is then up to you if you would like to make a booking.
Q. What happens after I click on the quote that I want to accept?
A. We will receive your request for a transfer and we will send you an email to confirm the booking. You will also be requird to pay via Google Checkout, you do not need a Google account, you can pay with most major credit cards
Q. What happens if I haven’t received confirmation and my transfer is imminent?
A. Please call 0117 9641715 and we will deal with your booking as quickly as possible.
Q. Will you meet us anytime of day or night?
A. Yes as all bookings are pre booked we can provide a 24hr service.
Q. Can I smoke in the car?
A. No. We operates a strict non smoking policy in all our vehicles.
